Due to the highly personalized nature of our services, we offer partial refunds if you are dissatisfied with the final product. Eligibility for a partial refund is determined if you provide proof of dissatisfaction within 3 days of receiving the final video. Please note that our professional video editors work with the materials provided by you, and we will notify you in advance if the content submitted is not of the required quality to achieve the best possible outcome. We do our utmost to inform you of any issues with the content and to collaborate with you to address them before finalizing your video. By purchasing from Ever Before Edit, you agree to this refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe there is abuse of our refund policy. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process.

(vi) While we are committed to ensuring that your video meets your expectations, please be aware that we reserve the right to decline revisions that fall outside the scope of the original agreement or involve substantial changes to the content. Revisions will be considered only if they address specific issues related to the quality of the video that our professional video editors deem as improvements. If there's a part of the video you prefer not to include, please ensure it is not sent to us, as we can only work with the content provided. Requests for significant modifications or additional content that deviate from the original project scope may be subject to additional fees or may be declined. We only offer up to two (2) revisions. We encourage clear communication throughout the process to minimize the need for revisions.
